Cottage Full Refurbishment
This cottage was purchased by ourselves back in 2021, it was derelict and looked beyond repair. Fast forward seven months and the results speak for themselves; originally a two bedroom, an upstairs conversion and rear extension gave us the the required space to add two extra bedrooms. The outdoor space has also had a revamp; new driveway, patio areas and studio / games room to finish it off.

Kitchen Renovation
This customer wanted an open plan kitchen / diner for the family to enjoy. The kitchen was backed on to a bathroom, luckily they had two other bathrooms within the property; this gave them the option to sacrifice this one for the bigger kitchen they desired. All trades were in for this one: Electrician, Plumber, Plasterer, Painter and Decorator. The kitchen itself was a modern handless charcoal, finished with the quartz “pure white” worktops.
Bathroom Renovation
Full bathroom renovation in Falkirk area. Complete rip out and re-plumb, non load-bearing brick wall was also removed to allow us an extra one metre of space into the second bedroom. This allowed for the oak slat wall and double sink. Full length walk in shower, finished off with the brass fixtures.
Staircase Renovation
This customer hated her current staircase, it was the first thing you seen as you came in the door and she made it clear she needed it gone. Full oak staircase was manufactured in the workshop and fitted for her 6 weeks later; finished off with oak stair-parts and glass balustrade. Shona was also after all new oak doors to match her new stair, all works were carried out and she was delighted with the results.
